4 out 5 stars- a good reciever for the price and $200 dollars cheaper than best buy. To save much time and aggravation however- please remember that you won't get sound with just the HDMI wire connection- you must add an audio (optical/ etc..)...

Pass-through audio
This is the most important thing you need to know about this receiver. If you are either hoping to have only one cable from your tv to your receiver -- or if you are planning on enjoying true 7.1 surround... this is not the receiver you want.
