They noticed we bought fixtures in two different finishes and called to make sure we hadn't made a mistake. Now that's customer service! I was very impressed. Will definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to all my friends. |

The delivery was quick, but I received a different lamp from the one I ordered. Perhaps the new lamp was a replacement for the one I had ordered. No, I did not complain, or attempt to reach anyone about the change. |
