Spy Sweeper 5.5 crashed my computer four times. I'd reinstall the system from disk and then reinstall Spy Sweeper plus Antivirus and Firewall and quickly I would have a message like "NT Authority/System has assumed control of your computer. System

GREAT!!!

This product did not remove my spyware but it sure stopped it and could do no harm I have spyware infaction now for a couple of months and my computer is running and working just fine.

"Been a Webroot user for several years"

I have used this product for several years and recommend it to all my clients. I have had none of the problems mentioned by a couple of posters with the exception of an issue with Vista using 5.3 (which was quickly remedied by Microsoft and Webroot.)

Users should do a little research first before insatlling these protection software, some of them DO NOT MATCH WELL. And this is to the reviewer: do not make those toolbar addon a big deal: the Acrobat Reader does that too in case you do not know
