South Pole Magnets can harm you!

I have had some dramatic results with strong north pole magnets in foot insoles and for pain of a torn muscle in my shoulder. These experiences led me to research magnets quite a bit. Don't use south pole magnets! They can do harm, even cause cancer. "If it feels good use it" is NOT good...

Advanced Magnetic Healing Techniques

i found this book to be the finest and most useful book to get started with magnet therapy. not only does it cover a wide range of conditions and symptoms, but it also goes into background and theory, as well as advising what cautions on should exercise. there is no better book in the field.
