Increase your fiber, but 35 grams?

SInce reading this book, I have increased my fiber to about 20-25 grams and I feel MUCH better. Before I would be starving every 2-3 hours-practically hypoglycemic, now I can go 4-5 hours between high fiber, low calories meals. I also...

It does suppress appetite, but it does cause a lot of GI problems, and I ended up having severe intestinal problems, and had to stop. I would caution anyone if they are to start with this program, to start slowly and be sure to consider...

Dirty!

Product was delievered much slower than anticipated. Responsive customer service upon e-mailing this concern. Dust jacket very dirty. However, inner contents undamaged and intact.
