TOO much stuff to fill out!!! Too many surveys and complex check out when I ordered and right now, this is too much. Product is great.

Thanks for all of the information available to make a good purchase (ie; staying away from products where plastic can cause "fumes," etc; what to look for when purchasing, etc)!
