Merchant followed up with a thank you note and a discount card for future purchases. Unfortunately, the discount card had expired by the time a I received it.

The replacement filter was slightly less than the catalogue from which the original product was ordered. The delivery of the replacement filters was fast, and the product is exactly the same.

The Biozone D 1000 was on back order but nobody ever told me that . After 3 weeks waiting for a promised tracking number i contacted the seller by email and got two days later a tracking number and the information about the back order . Just one day
