Buchanan has a total grasp on world politics. His warnings are solid and the USA must not ignore them if we are to survive as a free nation. The demographic shift that is happening as you read this is real.

I found this book to be too meandering to be much help in studying for my torts final. Maybe it's something to do with the subject. Some of the simpler topics were beaten to death, and I never ended up getting through the whole thing.

Classic E&E - thorough but straightforward. A lot of the important cases are in the examples though, so don't plan on skipping over them. The hornbook doesn't cover the Federal Tort Claims Act or Section 1983.
