PROS: Great weapons and other kits like: medic, ammo, c4 packages, bazookas and grenades etc. Team mates usually assist you and get in your vehicle when you tell them to get in. If you apply for commander you'll get selected if no-one is already commander. Also

CONS: When online or not, if you ask your team mates to follow you, or to pick you up in a vehicle, they normally say no. Unless you pester them over and over, but then you'll probably get kicked if you're online, so don't pester them, just walk to wherever you
