Very GoodSwivel Sweeper is great at first few uses, but after a month of use the battery died. It is not worth it if I always have to buy a battery to be able to use it, because the battery cost $29.95 plus shipping. |

ACEHardware.com refund policy STINKS!!!!Shopped on-line for GutterStuff (wonderful product), and needed a lot to cover my house. Had it shipped to my local store, got there on-time and the store manager was very helpful and quick to find the boxes and help me put them in the car. |

Ace Hardware outlet advertised a bike pump with a photo. The pump I received was a completely different pump. They said that their small print somewhere allows them to show a completely different item from the one you are buying. Therefore no refund |
