One of the cartridges does not work. I sent them an email about it. I have not heard back, yet, so I will reserve judgement until I do or if I do. |

THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE INK IN STOCK. THEY HAD TO PUT MY ORDER ON BACK ORDER. AFTER 1 WEEK THEY STILL DID NOT HAVE MY INK IN STOCK. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND IT WAS GIVEN. |
