I have writen to them twice in the last 7 days and not got a single response. I finally got my fans 8 days AFTER ordering from this store and the store HAS A 2 DAY GUARANTEE.... |

Initially the store was unwilling to honor the 150% price match because the price was less than cost, but after a few phone conversations they did honor it. I am very pleased. |
