Nice products at a great! Very pleased with my shopping experience. Only concern I have, I called customer service for info and was told I would receive return call when the person had the info I was requesting. Never got a return call. |

Before I made my purchase I enquired if I needed a canopy for the pendant lights and I was told NO. I do need canopies! I emailed to enquire which one will suite my purchase and a week later I have no response. |

Although the product was on back order; they informed me immediately and gave me the choice to cancel. They were right on target as to when it would be available. |
