BOO for Kneedraggers.com. I placed my order only to find out that my item was going to be back ordered for two months. I tried canceling right way but these jerks wouldn't cancel the order and give my money back. YEA for American Express Fraud... |

Item listed as shippable within 2 business days will actually take 4 weeks to ship. But customer service was pro-active; they let me know of the delay, adjusted the order, and refunded my 'express' shipping charges. |
